By downloading, accessing, or using Orbit Blast, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
Pixel Variance grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Orbit Blast for your own entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the applicable app store rules.
Gameplay, Ads, and Rewards
Orbit Blast may show ads, including rewarded ads that grant optional in-game assists or refreshes. Rewards have no real-world monetary value, are not transferable, and may be changed, limited, or removed. Ad availability is not guaranteed.
Online Puzzle Services
Some puzzle features may require a connection to Pixel Variance backend services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue online features as needed for maintenance, balancing, abuse prevention, or product changes.
Acceptable Use
- Do not interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, or attack the app, backend, or ad systems.
- Do not use automation, exploits, modified clients, or network manipulation to obtain unfair rewards or disrupt service.
- Do not use Orbit Blast in a way that violates law, app store rules, or third-party rights.
Ownership
Orbit Blast, Pixel Variance, game content, code, artwork, audio, designs, and related intellectual property are owned by Pixel Variance or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
Updates
We may release updates, fixes, balance changes, content changes, or compatibility changes. Some features may stop working if you do not install updates.
Disclaimers
Orbit Blast is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or ad-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Variance will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, service interruption, or device issues arising from use of the app.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app or online services if we believe these terms have been violated or if necessary to protect the app, players, or services.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and publish the revised terms at this page.
