Who We Are
Orbit Blast is a mobile puzzle game provided by Pixel Variance. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Pixel Variance, and "the app" refers to Orbit Blast.
Information We Collect or Process
| Gameplay and settings | The app stores game progress, settings, scores, ad reward state, and puzzle state on your device. This information is used to run the game and is normally removed when you delete the app or clear the app's local storage. |
|---|---|
| Puzzle backend requests | For online puzzle features, the app may contact our puzzle backend. Requests can include an anonymous player identifier, session token, current puzzle level, refresh count, ad-paid refresh flag, date key, and technical request information such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and server logs. |
| Advertising | Orbit Blast uses Google AdMob for banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Depending on build and configuration, ads may also involve AppLovin mediation or Meta Audience Network fill. These providers may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostics, and related data to serve, measure, secure, and improve ads. |
| Attribution and analytics | Some builds may include attribution or measurement SDK hooks, such as AppsFlyer, when enabled. These services can help measure installs, campaigns, and app events using device and event data. |
| Support messages | If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, and description of the issue. |
How We Use Information
- To provide core gameplay, puzzle generation, rewarded ad flows, and support.
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve the app and backend services.
- To show and measure ads, including rewarded ads that unlock optional in-game assists.
- To detect abuse, fraud, outages, and technical errors.
- To respond to support requests and legal obligations.
Third-Party Services
Orbit Blast may use third-party services that process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Please review their policies for details about their practices:
- Google Privacy Policy and Google Mobile Ads data disclosure
- AppLovin Privacy Policy
- Meta Privacy Policy
- AppsFlyer Services Privacy Policy
Sharing
We do not sell player accounts because Orbit Blast does not currently operate account registration. We may share information with service providers that help operate the game, ads, attribution, analytics, backend hosting, security, and support. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.
Advertising Choices
Your device and region may offer controls for personalized ads, advertising identifiers, tracking permissions, and privacy choices. You can adjust these controls in iOS or Android settings. Some ad networks also provide their own opt-out or preference tools.
Retention
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the app. Backend session and request data is retained only as needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve the service. Support emails are retained as long as needed to respond and maintain support records. Third-party ad and attribution providers control their own retention practices.
Children
Orbit Blast is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law to use online services without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided us personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, deletion, correction, portability, restriction, or objection regarding personal information. Because Orbit Blast currently uses anonymous gameplay sessions rather than registered accounts, we may need information from you to locate relevant records. See Data Deletion for practical steps.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for the app and backend services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Processing
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from your location.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and publish the revised policy at this page.
